The Decide Yourself System

Better Mindset, Better Health, Better Body

Ok, so what do you need to do to change your weight loss mindset?

Changing your mindset to one that encourages joyful weight loss means that you must be ready to do what is necessary. Are you ready and willing to take serious action steps toward that goal? You can turn it around and change your life.  Decide Yourself Weight Loss Mindset ™ is a five part system that shows you losing weight and getting healthy does not have to be difficult!

1) MINDSET: Learn & command this missing key.

The missing factor to the whole weight loss equation is Mindset.  Mindset is a multi-layer experience that we break down into understandable and manageable steps.

  • FIRST STEP:  Identify your current mindset.  You already know that your current mindset is not working.  Identifying exactly what is going on will be the guideposts needed to direct where you need to go.
  • SECOND STEP: Dismantle the Demons that are holding you back and keeping you stuck in your current situation.  Those demons have been holding you back for years.  Time to dismantle, release and move on!
  • THIRD STEP:  Claim your new and empowered Mindset.  This new mindset is what you will take with you into your empowered and healthy future.

Decide Yourself Weight Loss Mindset ™ will teach you how to achieve the healthy mindset you desire with purpose and on purpose.

2) DECIDE your Goals

Once and for all, DECIDE to take control of your health.  We will focus on goal-setting from the point of view of your whole well-being and not just your weight. Then, imagine completely embracing your decision and setting desired and achievable goals from that decision.  In this setting you will learn how excited you can be to honor yourself and your commitment to your health and well-being.  How great is that?!

3) Create Purposeful & Empowering HABITS

Our habits are what make up our lives.  Your habits are what make or break you.  Until now, we have let fear, shame, circumstances, other people, indifference and plain laziness choose our habits for us. We now need to actively decide our habits in a way that will support us and get us where we want to be.  No more living in default mode! We will focus on breaking down your goals into understood and manageable new habits.  Let’s be in charge of our habits and make them work for us!  Yeah!

4) SUPPORT:  Give, Get, and Self

This journey is not meant to be traveled alone.  A fundamental step on this road to health is support.  Support is also a form of accountability as well as encouragement.  We need both.  Three types of support will make it much more fulfilling and successful.

Give:  Get out of your isolated world and share your experience and wisdom.  You have much to contribute.

Get:  Honor others by accepting their support. It’s a win-win. Besides, you need it.

Self:  Honor yourself with your best & sincere effort.  Don’t worry how to do it. We’ll show you how.

5) Relearn FOOD & EXERCISE

Food is a means of pleasure and comfort for most of us.  It is our drug of choice.  It is something we do when happy or sad or bored or tired or upset, or excited, etc… There really isn’t a time where food isn’t a welcomed companion or our only companion.

The objective is to remove food as a crutch for which to deal with our problems.  Food is meant to be enjoyed and used as fuel, not to stuff down our feelings. We will examine what leads us to eat when we are not hungry. It’s time to learn that happiness, trust, forgiveness and health can be the norm when thinking of food, exercise and dealing with feelings. 

These are the steps of the Decide Yourself Weight Loss Mindset ™ System that I used to get my own negative and debilitating mindset under control and changed my life quickly and in profound ways.  Now, it’s your turn!

Now, what do I mean by quickly and profound?  I mean that if you are willing to do the mindset work, your outlook can change very quickly.  It is that new outlook that makes all the difference in creating a much happier and simpler journey to releasing the weight. But the speed is not the goal, the healthy mindset is.

So, this system really does work?  Yes…

Understand though, there is no magic pill and everyone is on their own unique journey.   You are the chief contributor to your success. Your implementing the information will determine your success.

Contrary to everything we have done and felt in your weight loss past, the speed is not important. How long it will take depends on you.  The focus here is to make that change LASTING & HEALTHY.  The results of those lasting and healthy changes are self acceptance and weight loss.  (Wow, imagine that.)

The first gift you give yourself is PATIENCE…it took a lifetime to create these habits and we cannot expect to change them overnight.

After suffering from a debilitating mindset for decades, I finally found the way out.  I took my suffering and turned it into confidence, self-worth and empowerment.
