“Kerry has helped me value myself.”

My health journey has been a rocky one. After getting married in my early 20’s, I went form a size 9 to 32. I tried everything and gave up over and over. There was no hope. Now at 46 years young, Kerry has shown me how to forgive myself and be thankful for all my body has given me and continues to give me.

Kerry has worked with me in such a kind and loving manner that I have been able to explore “mindset” and lose weight in a healthy steady pace.

Kerry has helped me value myself. She has showed me how to stop and take time to work on my
mindset. This has helped me see the world and my body in new exciting ways!

Kerry works with you and she takes time to really hear you and your issues. The Decide Yourself program lets you really look at “What’s going on in your mind”. The other programs I have been on just simply TOLD ME…DO THIS DO THAT….That did not work.

My 9 year old son now has his mom back. We have a wonderful time on bike rides and walks. We even
went on an overnight Mother/Son Boy Scout event. I would have never done that before Decide Yourself and Kerry’s help.

Kerry has been with me during the last couple years. Kerry knows about the struggles of losing weight, since she has fought that battle & is always willing to share her expertise. Knowing she is there to listen, coach, mentor, and share her key insights to the battles of weight loss is a big factor in keeping me on the path to sharing what is most precious to me…Loving Myself.

For years my battles with my weight has always been about tearing myself down and making eating my security blanket. Kerry is always there when I needed that extra love and support!

Kerry continues to give from the heart and really listens to what I have to say. It’s like she is reading my mind and knows where I am at, and knows how to get me back up to living free of guilt and learning to be happy with what is.

I have known Kerry for a couple years now, and she is always willing to share her expertise with me when it comes to losing weight, and maintaining my commitments.

Kerry helps me by really getting to the point of my struggles and bringing up several solutions that will help me gain a better understanding of why I break my commitments, and why I go back to my bad habits.

I have always known that if and when I get into trouble, feeling down or wanting to beat myself up, that Kerry would be there. All I had to do is connect with her. Kerry would respond back with the connection to my addition. She would share her story and allow me to really connect to the inner source of my over eating.

I have always known that I have a back up plan. Kerry. She is there when I need her most, and she is there when I want to share my triumphs, my wins!!

Kerry shares in my excitement, my passion for life. She is compassionate and helps coach me along my journey to losing weight. It is nice to know that another person out there really gets it. Knows what life is like in the struggle of losing weight.

She also knows about learning to build the connection to keeping the weight off, and the different dips in the road that can lead you back to the bad habits.

Kerry has always given me great advice, lots of love and understanding of my struggles. She is there to help and listen, or share and guide me in the right directions. I always feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders when Kerry has responded back with her messages from her heart.
